These rules apply only to live classroom seats at Service Craftlane Academy, 940/309 Bangna-Trad Km. 3 Rd., Bangna, 10260. They do not describe online shops, shipped goods, or software licences because we do not offer those.
Eligibility
A refund request must come from the person named on the seat, in writing to desk@service-craftlane.click or at the Bangna desk, with the programme title and dates. Telephone messages are noted but the written request starts the process.
Timeframe
Full refund of tuition (less any non-refundable items below) is available if we receive the request at least fourteen calendar days before the first session of that booking. Between thirteen and seven days before the first session, half of tuition may be refunded. Inside seven days, tuition is not refunded unless we cancel the block.
Full or partial refunds
If the academy cancels a Saturday of the intensive or an entire clinic, you may choose a transfer to the next comparable seat or a full refund of that cancelled portion. If you attend part of the four-Saturday intensive and then withdraw, unused Saturdays are not refunded as cash; they may be converted once into a 75-minute private chart review if requested within ten days of withdrawal.
Non-refundable items
The seating deposit of THB 3,000 (intensive) or THB 1,000 (clinic, lab, or Sunday workshop) is non-refundable once a seat is confirmed, except when we cancel. Printed chart packs already issued are non-refundable. Tea service is part of tuition and is not itemised for return.
Process
Send the request. Reception confirms the original payment method used at the desk (bank transfer or cash receipt). We do not reverse charges through this website because no checkout exists here.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds are returned by the same bank path or as cash at the desk within fifteen business days after approval. International incoming fees charged by your bank are not added back.
Cancellation by you
Cancelling follows the timeframe above. Email is sufficient. If you cancel a private chart review at least forty-eight hours ahead, the session fee can be moved once to a new slot within thirty days; later than that, the fee is kept.
Rescheduling
The intensive cannot be shifted mid-cohort to another Saturday group. A missed Saturday is replaced, if at all, by one private review at no extra fee if you notify us before 09:00 that day. Clinics and labs may be moved once to another published date if seats remain.
Deposits
Deposits hold the chair. They are applied to tuition on the first attended hour. They are not an extra product.
No-shows
Arriving more than forty minutes late without notice counts as a no-show for that session. No-shows are not refunded and do not extend the intensive by an extra Saturday.
Work already started
Once week one of the intensive has begun and you have received the weekly pack, remaining weeks follow the partial-refund rule above rather than a full return of all four days.
Purchased materials
Replacement printed packs after loss are charged at cost posted at reception. Original packs taken home are yours and are not returned for credit.
