Service Craftlane Academy collects only what is needed to seat you in class, reply to an enquiry, and meet Thai record-keeping expectations for a training desk.
What we collect
From the enquiry form: name, email, phone, programme of interest, and your message. At the desk we may also keep attendance notes and a billing name for tuition paid in person or by bank transfer arranged off this site.
Why
To confirm seats, send classroom logistics, handle refunds described on the refund page, and answer questions about the intensive or related sessions.
Where it stays
Records are kept at the Bangna office. We do not sell lists. Instructors see names of students in their own sessions. Hosting of this static site may log technical requests; that is separate from the form fields you type.

Access and correction
Email desk@service-craftlane.click or call 66-2 7474586-81 to review or correct attendance details. We retain seating records for the current term plus one year unless a longer period is required for accounting.
