How the Bangna desk runs a live stack

A walk through the physical order of work on Saturday: paper first, screens second, conflict check last.

Library shelves with warm lighting

The intensive does not begin with a software layout. Printed weekly maps go on the table. Students mark with pencil. Only after the card is filled do laptops open to the daily and 4-hour frames.

Conflict check is a spoken step. If the 4-hour wants continuation and the weekly card still says repair, the student must write which frame they will obey that day. Silence is not allowed; the room hears the choice.

Visitors sometimes expect a trading floor. It is a classroom on Bangna-Trad. The discipline is the stack, not a call-out of entries.
